Helpdesk Support @ Customer Service

Based in Kuching

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
  • Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods.
  • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma / degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 6 month working experience in the related field.
  • Good communication skills of English & BM.
  • Able to work in 24/7 hours rotation shifts (include Public Holidays & Weekend).
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • This position will require shift work to includes nights, weekends and holidays (24x7x365).
  • Able to start work immediately.

Sales & Marketing Executive

Based in Kuching

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships.
  • Ability to prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to commercial customers.
  • Fostering relationships with new clients through contract negotiations and installation.
  • Contact current client base with specific products and services to meet their needs.
  • Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
  • Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
  • Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.
  • Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Continual education on new and existing products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher.
  • Telecommunication experience is an advantage.
  • Sales experience at least 1 year.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating and selling products and services- including but not limited to: prospecting, negotiating, and closing techniques, marketing strategies, product presentations, and sales control systems.
  • Problem-solving skills- identify, evaluate and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Willingness to travel outstation especially to rural areas.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Field Support Technician - Access Network (UPE & CPE)

Based in Sibu, Bintulu & Miri

Job Responsibilities:

  • 2nd level Incident and Problem Management for Network elements.
  • Configuration management.
  • Proactive maintenance (regular tasks).
  • Corrective maintenance (including on-call – 24×7).
  • Software rollout management (maintenance & new software releases).
  • Analytical mind with good problem solving skills and able to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English (knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin, would be an advantage).
  • Professional and positive approach.
  • High achiever and self-motivated.
  • Team player, Culturally adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to assimilate quickly and act decisively.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Willing working and standby on weekend/Public Holiday.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma/Degree in the field of telecommunications, electronics or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies: IP, Ethernet, Network, Fiber optic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English.
  • Working At Height (WAH) Certificate & NIOSH-TM Safety Passport.
  • Driving License (D).
  • Able to start work immediately.

Office Assistant @ Office Boy cum Driver

Based in Kuching

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
  • Collect/send cheque, document or packages.
  • Arrange Puspakom/JPJ for company vehicles.
  • Responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.
  • Sometimes will be Driver to Managing Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have valid license B2, D and GDL would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with Sarawak area especially Kuching, Samarahan.
  • Hardworking, trustworthy and honest.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Willing working and standby on weekend/Public Holiday.
