SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MoA) BETWEEN
DANAWA RESOURCES SDN BHD

PT TRANS HYBRID COMMUNICATION

Danawa Resources Sdn Bhd (DANAWA) and PT Trans Hybrid Communication (THC) has agreed to establish a collaboration by signing a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on implementing the Trans Nusantara Fibre Optic Network that shall be connecting both countries, Malaysia and Indonesia via a high speed fibre optic network. This MoA was inked on 24^th October 2018 during the 33^rd Indonesia Trade Expo in Tangerang, Banten. DANAWA was represented by its Managing Director, Encik Abdul Rahman Mohd Sepawie, whilst THC was represented by its Direktur Utama, Fadzri Sentosa.

Both parties shall collaborate in deploying fibre optic telecommunication infrastructure providing Malaysia and Indonesia inter-border connectivity at two border locations at Entikong-Tebedu and Badau-Lubok Antu. Currently, both parties has an existing collaboration in deploying fibre optic inter border connectivity at Aruk-Biawak and extends until Singkawang and connected all the way to Pontianak. The on-going project is due to complete by end of the year. With the deployments of this fibre optic network, it will further enhance the high speed internet communication across Borneo, especially to Wilayah Kalimantan Barat and to the rest of Indonesia.

COMPANY(S) BACKGROUND

1. Danawa Resources Sdn Bhd is a full-fledged Internet Service Provider licensed by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). Danawa holds nationwide ASP, NFP and NSP licenses for the building of telecommunications infrastructure and services In Malaysia.
2. PT Trans Hybrid Communication is an Indonesian telecommunication company with NAP license to provide solutions and services by delivering high quality connectivity to international gateways as well as domestic links to any location in Indonesia.
